Didn't get the chips for my online order. Asked for extra green onions. Received none. Wish I could say this was the first bad experience here. Spend your time and money at a different location.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub today July 10th 2026 around 7:20. I was told I cannot pick my sauces as teriyaki can only have sweet onion. I wanted a little bit of mayo. I find this very unreasonable to be denied a sauce of my choice that too at a subway where the whole idea is customisation. Later she found the sweet onion almost finished. Clean and fast service
Let me just say the Iles location is the best. I have been using Sangamon because it’s closer to my house but for work Iles is and the sandwiches are always correct and look amazing. Last few times I ordered elsewhere items were not correct and looked like crap tasted that way as well! Give Iles lunch staff a raise
This store accepted my online order, didn’t have what I ordered, charged me and served me a sandwich knowing it’s not what I ordered. Did not offer alternatives or refund, and grossly overused sauce making the sandwich inedible. They insisted to bring the sandwich back to consider a refund. If you want to get what you paid for go inside.
