This store accepted my online order, didn’t have what I ordered, charged me and served me a sandwich knowing it’s not what I ordered. Did not offer alternatives or refund, and grossly overused sauce making the sandwich inedible. They insisted to bring the sandwich back to consider a refund. If you want to get what you paid for go inside.
Probably the best toasted sandwich I've had at a Subway in a long time. Better than other locations in Springfield or Jacksonville, where the toasted subs in those places are good but lukewarm. The toasted sub I just had here, hot and top notch. Had the Meatball sub of the day meal.
The guys who were working when I came in were really hustling... Got our food done QUICK!
Sandwich was disappointing. The bread was dry, not appetizing at all. Really ruined the meal. Asked for mayo and lettuce; at first I thought they’d forgotten the mayo. But found a thin dot of mayo the size of a dime on one edge. There are a lot of choices for sandwiches; I won’t be hurrying back to this one.
