Atmosphere???- I dine out every time. I would like to say though it is hard to get in contact with your Chatham location, the phone number will either say disconnected or route you to an automated system and let me tell you that system today was bogus I kept pushing 2 then 4 per prompt instructions however it just kept repeating the prompt options after each time I selected 4......... can you please fix that.... The food was good, lobby was clean. Costumer service was awful. The guy that works there is very nice and very patient. On the other hand the other girls one with pink hair, and other with brown hair and glasses was very rude and rushed me throughout the entire process of being inside. She was also very impatient with an elderly women that had came inside.

I’ve been to this location 4 times in the last 5 weeks. Every time I have ordered a meatball footlong and they are out of meatballs. This week I tried again. I ordered a meatball footlong through the drive up, waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me and pulled up. The worker said they were out and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked why they are always out of meatballs. The response was if you come through anytime after 4 they are always out but I could go to another location if I wanted a meatball sub.
