This is absolutely infuriating! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Subway. I placed an order through Uber, and then some Subway employee had the audacity to ask the Uber driver to tell me to cancel my order because they didn’t have the specific item. Now, I’m stuck with a $14 cancellation fee! They don’t even give a damn about the Uber drivers who are wasting their time and gas coming over for a pickup that won’t happen. We came at 8 but they didn’t let us sit inside
I am currently walking out of the subway with my sandwiches in my hand, and this is the first time that anyone has had made my sandwich from a online order and has made it correctly without me interfering during the process. Normally when I order my sandwiches and like more for the veggies, most location still skim you heavy on the veggies. Not this location.
