I go out of my way to go to this Subway. Every time I come in to this Subway I am greeted almost immediately and each worker I have encountered at this Subway is friendly and ready to help create a delicious order.
Some friends and I stopped by to grab some sandwiches for dinner, not realizing that it was 1 minute before closing time. We told them that we would go somewhere else since we didn't realize they were about to close but they repeatedly told us to stay and made us our sandwiches like it was not a big problem and they were super friendly the entire time.
My sister put in an order and I went up to get it but they wouldn't give it to me, I had the name, confirmation number and knew exactly what the order was but they wouldn't give it to me. I tried for 15 minutes and ended up going home so my sister could go up there and get it and after another 15 minutes (+15 minutes total travel time) she was finally able to get her order. Definitely not coming back here.
