This store is amazing. The employees are all friendly and so helpful. The store is always so clean and well kept. They don't take two of the coupons but that isn't the employees decisions that's up to the owner to decide. This is the best subway I've been to in Bloomington/normal
Got mailed a coupon, 3 footlongs for 20 bucks. Not a crazy deal but enticing enough to make the 20 minute drive. Immediately got told "we don't take coupons". When I asked why I was mailed coupons that could not be redeemed, I was met with a shrug. Won't be getting that time or gasoline back. What a terrible business practice. I don't care whether you're corporate or franchised, it's extremely scummy to entice potential customers with a deal and then not allow them to redeem it once they've brought themselves to your restaur... read more
The food is what you'd expect. Service here is hit and miss. Sometimes, the employees are courteous and attentive. Other times, like today, they leave the drive thru customers waiting at the order screen for minutes at a time despite there being only one car in the parking lot. We gave up on the drive-thru and went inside to see only one customer. This, of course, happens everywhere, but this seems to be more of the rule here at this location more than the exception.
Very fast service even with 9 people in front of me.
