Took 20 minutes to gave order taken. Drive thru orders were filled ahead of customers already waiting in line. Mobile orders that came in after people in line were filled first causing further delays. Orders should be filled based on when they came in regardless of the method in which they are being ordered.
I do a mobile order here every couple of weeks. Always great experience.
My mobile order is lost by the store. They had no way to fix the issue but stating it is a system glitch. I asked if they can give me any proof stating they didn't receive the order, so I can dispute the charge with my credit card. They said yes, then let me stand there and ignored me for 10 minutes(not including the time I was waiting and communicating with them).
