The lady that works there is incredibly stingy with what you can do. I was told she would not add anything extra or change how it was on the menu, and then charged me and extra 3 dollars for a cup of ice. I went back one more time and she gave me attitude and made me not want to go back, it's no wonder they are hiring because no one wants to work with someone like her. Especially when the subway in burgaw is extra friendly and let's you make the subs how you want, I will be going there from now on. Much respect
In the last 2 weeks I ordered two Philly steak sandwiches including today when I pay for double meat on yet each time when I get home they've got the exact same one serving of meat I even called up 10 minutes after I got home today and they told me neither of them remember putting double meat on it but there's nothing they could do about it used to get really good sandwiches from this place but don't know what's going on now so I guess I can't order on the app anymore I must go in there and watch them to make sure they get i... read more
It's good food. Staff was pleasant. Atmosphere? Wasn't sure how to rate that so...5 stars all around.
