Quality of food was terrible!! Way too much mayo on the Subway Club. My son could only eat half. Chicken subs soggy from too much sauce. One sub missing spinach and pickles 🤦♀️ Cookies are so stale, they can be paperweights. What a waste of $60. I even tipped them. Will NOT EVER return to that location AND HOAGIES WERE NOT MARKED.
I haven’t eaten onions in years. We don’t like them. Ordering online glitched and added onions somehow to our hoagie. I tried to get it remade and they treated me horribly like I was stupid and denied my simple request because they would be “short”… so much for customer service. Absolutely horrible. Spent 20 minutes ordering and like I said we would never get onions. Horrible people.
Tried to cancel my order because it was sent to the wrong restaurant in the app by accident, I called the restaurant like the app says, when they answered the guy told me he can’t cancel it and then hung up on me. Tried calling back a dozen times and they never picked up. Never ordering Subway again.
