Every time I come to this location, I instantly regret it. Worst employee's. They just don't care. Oh and don't ask for extra black olives. They'll snap at you if you do. SMH.
I came in for breakfast this morning and order 2 sandwiches. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese. She started off wrong by only putting 3 eggs on the sandwich. I was gonna let that go, but then she put the meat on there and put like three pieces of steak, not even a full scoop and the sandwich should have two scoops. I know food costs have went up. I just don't understand how they can mess up a sandwhich that bad.
This location has consistently been out of product and has cost me multiple sets of rewards I use in the app without refund.
When I first went in the workers seemed a little dry. The Hispanic worker wasn’t friendly at all. It seemed like the black worker wasn’t either. He actually was just very mild mannered and soft spoken. My order was incorrect and I went back and Shamar, I found out his name when I went back, was very helpful and made it right.
