Clean , fast service , good staff
If you haven’t been to the subway at 19211 Westlake Houston, then you are missing out. Normally I get the same subway sandwich each time I go to any subway. Ian, the young man who made my sandwich suggested I try something new. He suggested the BMT, which happens to be a salami and ham-based sandwich. I officially have a new sandwich and a new subway. Catherine and Milton were excellent. They showed great customer service.
Jamiah was my food handler and he was so kind. He smiled and greeted me before i made it to the counter. He understood everything i was asking for on my sandwich. My food was fresh and made in a timely manner. He had a smile that lights up a room and his customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back and he deserves a raise. Make sure you tip him if you visit there because he deserves it.
