Had very bad experience the way my subway was made, i went around 9:25pm today that employee need more training for making the subway and need to learn customer service skills, terrible service.
You guys changed the bread size . You guys hardly put any vegetables on subs. You guys increased the prices of subs. Either a business reduces quantity or increases prices to deal with inflation but you guys did both. So why a customer really needs to pay a tip when they feel like they are getting betrayed by businesses like yours .
