Mold growing in the tracks of the sandwich station window. Fly poop covering the sign hanging above checkout. Half frozen pans of produce next to dried meat? Not to mention the ONE employee working- which probably explains why the woman in front of me got a sandwich she didn’t order and why ours were also not made right. (Didn’t bother mentioning it as she was clearly stressed and at this point, I noticed the mold and fly poop.) I went here for the first time last Saturday, March 7 about an hour before they were going to close. I should’ve just left. The employee was mopping the whole store and grumbling about how I could walk here or there and I could tell the guy didn’t want to make me a sandwich. I try to be super nice and I had not eaten all day. I wanted to get out of my car and sit down, but it was clear. He didn’t want anyone sitting inside. Overall, just super rude. I placed a mobile order, and waited 30 min line to pick up my order, both people working there gave me an attitude and my sandwiches look like slop.

Came in to eat after a Ducks game expecting to sit down to eat before driving home but as soon as we sat down and got our food unwrapped to eat, the employee told us the lobby was closed, over a half an hour before they were supposed to close. So we had to go eat in our car. If your lobby is closed before closing time post a sign so people are aware! More people came into order while we were sitting in our car eating. I stopped in at Subway for a turkey sandwich and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, which always makes the whole process nicer, and the store itself was very clean. It’s always nice to be able to build your own sandwich the way you like it and watch it come together step by step. My turkey sub had fresh veggies, soft bread, and just the right amount of sauce. It’s not fancy food, but that’s exactly the point quick, fresh, and reliable when you want something made your way.
