Too busy for their own good, but great staff and speedy service! A more spacious area would be preferable but I don't think they have much control over that. The app is garbage but it's the only way to consistently and repeatably use coupons which are required to get any form of decently-priced sandwiches. Never buy a soda from this place, either. It's better to grab a $1 fountain drink from the Duck Store next door. The Footling Cookie and Footlong Churro are great, too, but expensive. A nice way to treat yourself, though.

Absolutely boof. Was very excited for my sandwich, but it tastes like straight trash. Just raised the price too. How you expect me to pay 10 bucks for a terrible sandwich. Gross. Chipotle has never let me down, shoulda gone there instead of this dog.

We have the worst customer service. We came in with a basketball team, and they refused to serve us. They had no other customers but said our group was too big

Bad atmosphere with staff shouting at each other. Had to shout my order across 4 people because ordering was moving too fast. Had to pre-order all by salad items for the sandwich, which there server just pilled up on the counter. Sandwhich wasn't properly wrapped and fell apart when I picked it up. Worst atmosphere and service I've ever experienced.
