Absolutely boof. Was very excited for my sandwich, but it tastes like straight trash. Just raised the price too. How you expect me to pay 10 bucks for a terrible sandwich. Gross. Chipotle has never let me down, shoulda gone there instead of this dog.
We have the worst customer service. We came in with a basketball team, and they refused to serve us. They had no other customers but said our group was too big
Bad atmosphere with staff shouting at each other. Had to shout my order across 4 people because ordering was moving too fast. Had to pre-order all by salad items for the sandwich, which there server just pilled up on the counter. Sandwhich wasn't properly wrapped and fell apart when I picked it up. Worst atmosphere and service I've ever experienced.
The two people working today were gracious in the extreme. Kind, professional, on the ball, and helpful. My sandwich, the 4, could not have been made better. I watched Sandwich Pro 100 make several sandwiches before it was my turn. Everyone's sandwiches looked delicious and were made with care and put together quickly.
