There is one specific person that ruins our order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Female, that looks and sometimes acts like, she’s on some heavy drugs. Not only is she rude, but she is completely inept. My kids LOVE Subway and this location is the closest to our house. Needless to say, we’ll be going to another location, SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN. My kids have asked if she was ok. I’m not sure how she has a job at this point.

I order online using the app, but after a couple of orders it seems like they are always out of something, always have additional questions, or the order is just wrong. When I call, no answer. When I complain in the store, no one speaks English. My experiences have been frustrating and I will not return.

I have eaten at this Subway my entire life. That's not even an exaggeration. I live in the surrounding area and have always gone to this location for sandwiches. Hell, I even WORKED at this exact location a few years ago. I have a lot of history with this establishment, and after what happened tonight I will NEVER go back as long as that junkie looking woman works there. Essentially, my boyfriend has very severe OCD.
