I wasn’t aware of the drive thru sign that if off drive thru is closed. So I sat there for about 5-10 minutes until I decided to just pull toward and the the girls there were just staring at me they did not bother to come over the intercom and atleast let me know so I could have not been there waiting and could of just walked in. Once inside I was not greeted just looked at and the environment wasn’t just not friendly. August, 16 2025 10ish am.
Online order was missing half of the toppings (that I was up charged for), and inside of the store was closed 1.5 hours before listed closing time. Put in a ticket with customer support and never heard back. Fix your employee culture

I use to get subway all the time before i went into my office job. I ate a meatball and one meatball fell out my sub I didn’t pick it up and it stayed outside my job for 2 weeks in perfect condition , the meat is not real…
