The woman who took my order on 5/13 really did her best to hold the fort that evening. Keeping up with every online order, getting the breads cooked, the toppings filled, the sauce in order, making sure every cup and bag are in order while she's by herself. That lady deserves a raise for how she held out on that busy day. Meanwhile, SW management should look into on whose the least responsible worker and try hiring some more reliable folks so that kind of thing doesn't happen to her or anyone else again.
They only got one guy on the lunch rush at 12pm and a line of 10 people waiting. Expect a long wait
This used to be a decent Subway, but staff change has completed killed it. I work evenings locally, and tried to go in 3 different times within the last month and gave gotten the same service from the same person. I walked in the first time and he didn't even acknowledge my co-worker and I. He was talking to the people sitting in the corner more than he was making the person's sub who was in front of us.
