Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Did an online order and said it would be ready by 5:55 PM. Finally at 6:15 PM I got my food. I kept checking on it but they said they were still making it even though I got there around 5:45 PM and they were in fact, not even making my order. Then when I finally got my order, they were missing my side and drink. Laziest employees that straight lied to our faces weren’t even in the store when we got there
If you place an online order, odds are something won’t be right. Every time I place an online order something I order on my sandwich is missing or wrong. This time I paid for bacon and didn’t get any bacon on my sandwich. It’s fine if you go inside and order
