Gross area, countertops look dirty behind the glass, seemed very disorganized. They are not changing gloves after handling money or taking them off before touching the register, 🤮.
Men’s bathroom was flooded and the door handle for women’s bathroom was broken.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the counter, I showed my order number to one of the employees, who walked to the back to “call the manager.” The manager informed me that I needed to wait until exactly 4:00 PM to receive my order. I returned at 4:15 PM only to find out my order hadn’t even been started. One of the employees then claimed my order was “false” and made a comment that my last name was in the first name field as if that somehow justified ... read more
