I usually have no problems love the people and everything but every time I order with uber I get 1 cookie I order a meal I know the meals come with two cookies they always have I paid for two cookies i wanted my two damn cookies :,(
EDIT 2025: I was about to go try them again got ready to leave and decided to look at reviews, hoping corporate stepped in like they used to at the stores I worked at. I was very wrong. No gloves? Attitude towards customers. No thanks. I needed sandwiches for a family and lunches. I was going to spend about 160-200 on sandwiches and food for 9 people. honestly used to be my fav subway but getting a 6 inch isn’t a 6 inch it’s a 4 inch and everytime i go they never have gloves on never can understand me and never wearing hairnets on head and beard. very unsanitary. not even a hat. please start wearing them especially the gloves are a big deal and not enough staff members.
