I ordered a a foot long sub and I asked the lady if water was free she said yes so she gave me 2 cups and I went to get water for me and my brother when I was filling my cup with water I noticed some lemonade going into the cup so I threw away the water and filled it up again and again so I just said its just a tiny bit of lemonade in the water its fine as I was drinking it the lady told me, you said you were getting water not lemonade I told her I tried but it wasn't working. I used to get subs from this location often. That all changed a few years ago in part because of poor customer service, poor app design (double charged for a sub that the store never made) and a manager that appeared to believe that if he choses not to respond...issues will go away. It took a call from corporate to change his mind. So, I have avoided this location. Today on a whim I decided to visit and I was reminded why I will not order from this location again. Great service, super sweet friendly employee named Evelyn that helped us, good food. Clean restaurant. 5 stars!!!
The employee Aiden & young lady with him gave great service. We made him aware of a issue with the female bathroom & ice machine. He apologized & responded quickly.
