Super frustrated I’ve ordered at the Belton location and they screw up my sandwich every time! You can’t complain on the app or website and corporate would not give me the district manager information. Shut this Belton location down. The workers can’t read as this was an online order. Missing 4 ingredients I added
I have had multiple bad experiences at this location at this point. Slow service, incorrect orders, dashers not being sent with full orders, and inappropriate comments/immaturity while inside. The only way I get a correct order is going inside the store - not even drive through always works to have the correct items sent out to me. I can only rate the environment. It was peaceful and smelled so good BUT who runs out of bread during 1 in the afternoon still lunch time and prior to 1 they hardly had but a half dozen customers.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. They never listen to requests, they get the order wrong half the time, and they don't even begin to attempt any kind of customer service. They have even told me this coupon applied so I got a free sandwich, got to the window and then tried to lie and say that they never told me that. Then another time I ordered pickup at the window, got to the store, pulled up, employee opens window and says "your order is on the shelf" and then instantly closes the window on me while I am ... read more
