Service was awful the lady was rude and I asked for my sandwich toasted and couldn’t tell my bread touched heat at all. 0 stars wouldn’t recommend going here lady needs to get fired!

I had my daughter order online for quick pick up. When I got home I realized I was way overcharged and my sandwiches were made wrong. When I called the store the manager answered. As I started to explain things to him he said I don’t have time to talk to you right now. Haha… He did end up calling me back only to say he has no control over on line orders they just make what’s on the order. I proceeded to tell him even so my order was wrong and I was overcharged. This place is constantly understaffed, short of ingredients, and online orders need to add 30 minutes to the pickup time. I learned this is a corporate store and not a franchise. My wife and I - both are sandwiches were short on meat and her veggies were absent. There’s a manager and DM maximizing their P&L bonus. My family works all over the management of fast food restaurants - its negligence.
