This location was good before the remodel. It's pretty great now!
As I'm staying in Asheville we decided to eat at Subway we have eaten at the same one twice and we've always gotten great service the food is of course always fresh
I came in today and ordered a veru simple sandwich. The female sandwich artist was so kind, personable calm toned and greeted me. I've been in food service professionally over 20 years. The male sandwich artist complimented my nails and was kind and also soft spoken. They both interacted kind with each other as well and that is a positive, notable, interaction that guests Do notice! Clean dining space. So cleannn!!! Thanks for your awesome staff! Ill be back! P.s. Give them praise and Raise!!! :)
This subway has the all time worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!! The lady working was so hateful never cracked a smile the guy working was ok but nothing to write home about, the lady acted like it bothered her to help you. I don’t ever leave Google reviews but this is by far the worst interaction I have ever had at a subway
