If I could do an 1, I would've. I asked about a kids deal, I was told 3ins, then I stated I will just do the daily meal deal, but he didn't pay attention to me, I asked to for the multi grain bread but he said that's the same as Italian herbs and cheese. When making our sandwiches, we told they couldn't add more veggies, my daughter wanted more onions, I would've paid for it. My ham and turkey stacker is more bread than anything else. Very rude, and barely wanted to put any teriyaki chicken in my sandwich but then drowned it in dressing.

Old man with hearing problems was making fun of my sandwich. “A bacon sandwich, that’s stupid.” It’s a blt and it’s delicious. The food is good but the service is rude for no reason.

I’m not sure where to begin but I was grossed out that they let an employee who was off the clock (in pajama shorts and a hoodie with her hair down) behind the counter to make her own sandwich off the clock. That made everyone so distracted that they burnt my sandwich… which I would have moved past all of this until I got home and see a tip added to my bill that I did not authorize. This place needs better management. From cleanliness to customer service I was very disappointed.
