I felt conflicted about writing a review but then when I started reading all of the other reviews- I knew my feelings were justified. The team members at this location are some of the rudest customer service team members I’ve ever encountered. Food was good but I would never go back simply due to the staff attitudes.
Toppings were all mixed up in bins and gloves weren't changed between placing them or between different orders. The store was dirty. The older lady was rude and in a hurry to get people out. Very forceful/dismissive in demeanour. The guy mouse was very nonchalant, looked drugged, and not doing anything but hiding around a corner so he didn't have to assist even with customers lining up. Customer service is really bad!
The manager working on 5/16 around noon is the worst. Very unprofessional and rude, when he didn't want to service a woman that was patiently waiting her turn, he decided to do something else instead of his job. Then told her to go to taco bell. So rude and unprofessional!
