Friendly service, fast, clean atmosphere
Cliff was very cool, very helpful, very friendly. I hope that everyone is like cliff here in Illinois.
The employee was alone, person called off and no one from prior shift prepped. Customer service was great, quality of food, not so much. Bread for all 3 foot longs were extremely STALE. Imagine taking a bite of your delicious Sub and then … IT CRUMBLES ! Yup right before my meeting on camera … looking like I sprinkled crumbs EVERYWHERE. Guy wanted to flirt with me the whole time and didn’t even heat my sandwich even tho I asked 3x and it was cold. And very poorly put together. Had the scrape everything back into my sandwich just to eat it .
