Terrible attitudes here. Food comes old the microwave cold and you ask them to heat it but they have an attitude like should have made it right the first time
Absolutely horrible service. There was only one lady working and not only did she not greet us, but she had an attitude with us when we ordered. Not all the sandwiches are listed on the physical menu in the building and when we ordered and told her we wanted the sandwich just the way it comes, she snapped at us that the menu is just suggestions and we build it ourselves. Lady working there now in the morning has a HORRIBLE attitude!!! Asked her to put my wrap in the oven like I do at every subway and she refused saying she isn’t allowed 😂. This is part of the reason subways are losing business!! Will never be back to this location.
Only one person working with terrible customer service. Said cash only then told us we would have to get change next door like seriously. Then she was very rude to my friend about using the restroom
I went there at 5:30 today. One person was working, & she didn't seem interested in waiting on me. After 5 minutes of hanging out in the kitchen, she finally came out to get my order. She made my sandwiches (a 12" & a 6" sandwich only), & charged my $26.83. When I looked at the reciept, I told her that she had charged me for 2 12" sandwiches.
