I don't understand why this location have been messing up my order every single time for the past few months. I order the same orders in the app and all the information is on there for them to make ths sandwiches. Yet when I come pick up my order its wrong and/or not ready on time. Then the employee going to ask me what kind of sandwich I want for the missing part of my order! To top it off--the employee never apologizes.
I ordered delivery through the subway app. Once the delivery driver got there, the employee told them it would be 30 minute wait. I called the store myself and the employee said the same thing. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel myself so I asked her to cancel it. She said she would. The delivery driver waited there for it to be cancelled. The greatest food I ever I have ever tasted and ms Jen has amazing comstmer service and has a smile on her face
Since they got new employees it has been a lot better service and food quality
