I went there today 9/24/25 the lady was preparing some online orders so waited at the counter to place my order the lady acknowledged me and asked me if I was picking up I told her no I am here to placing an order. She then proceeds to complete more online orders I'm thinking she is behind as she is the only one working at the time. Then another customer walks in and immediately the lady starts taking her order no questions no checking if I'm ready to order just completely ignored.
I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. I love how customizable the sandwiches are — you can truly make it your way with so many choices of bread, veggies, sauces, and proteins. If I could give a zero star I would, extremely unprofessional, very rude. Placed an order online and they “lost” it, placed order for company and my employee was waiting there for over an hour. Then extremely rude to an elderly woman and they were laughing at her! Never again will I go there !
