Pire Subway à Drummond. Les employés ferment avant la fermeture et sont irrespectueux. J’ai passer une commande sur l’application pour venir chercher sur place et arrivé là l’employé me dit qu’il n’a plus rien et qu’il ferme alors que normalement il restait 30 minutes avant la fermeture. Je n’ai jamais eu mon sandwich ni un remboursement. J’y suis retourné le lendemain en expliquant ma situation et on m’a dit qu’on pouvait «rien faire pour moi» on m’a dit que la «gérante» m’appellerait mais ce n’est jamais arrivé.
Tout était comme prévu, délicieux et bonnes portions, merci !

Personnel devrait revoir leur service à la clientèle
Je n’ai jamais eu un service aussi mauvais. Soit que l’employé n’ait pas formé ou d’une incompétence à son maximum.
