I ordered a footlong and got the wrong sandwich. Ok it happens. I called up to the store lady said she couldn’t hear me very well. I asked who I was speaking with this lady told me and employee at subway. No shit Sherlock. I then asked for a manager said there is not one. I eat here multiple times a week. I love the mobile app deals and ordering. The staff here are top notch! Fast, kind and my orders are always correct.
The customer service is hands down the worst in town. actual laziest employee and worst customer service I’ve ever seen. He was snarky after taking extended time in the back on his phone. Stood there for at least 4 minutes waiting. No one else in line. Caught an attitude before anything even came out of my mouth. (Tall guy with curly hair) He even had an attitude with the person behind me. Bad day or not that was unnecessary. Every single table was dirty and had to clean it up myself. Disappointed.
