I ordered a bunch of subs online and they were ready in a quick and timely manner. Our sandwich maker, Kye did a great job and made our experience great.
My 2 sons had come in the other day and they explained to me that a worker named Sarah was extremely rude and disrespectful towards them. I went in and received the same disrespectful service and was very disappointed and felt unwelcome. We have been going here for years and it’s sad to say that we will no longer be coming back because of the shitty attitude and service of this one employee. This needs to be addressed by upper management before you loose a lot more customers. Very disappointed.
