I waited in the drive thru the first time for 10 minutes and a worker never greeted me so I drive around to ding the drive thrus alarm to try and notify them there was a customer. Took another 5 minutes till they finally greeted me, then when taking my order it seemed like they hadn't been trained on how to take an order (ive previously worked for subway). I ordered a sandwich in here the other day. The single employee behind the counter was nice enough, but it was like she didn’t know how to make a sandwich or it was her first time doing it alone. The cheese, which was square for some reason, she put it on diagonally so that a lot of it hung off the sandwich, and when she put the rotisserie chicken on, she decided before the end of the footlong that she must’ve put too much chicken on, because she stopped, leaving one end of the sandwich with hardly any chicken.
