Glitchy, app. Also, it doesn't make it clear that the combo is either cookies or chips. I figured it likely was "or" so I tried selecting the chips as part of the meal and then ordering cookies as an extra. The screen looked like the order was correct, but with all the glitches maybe it changed. Then at pickup the receipt didn't show that chips were ordered and it still charged for the cookies. I waited in the drive thru the first time for 10 minutes and a worker never greeted me so I drive around to ding the drive thrus alarm to try and notify them there was a customer. Took another 5 minutes till they finally greeted me, then when taking my order it seemed like they hadn't been trained on how to take an order (ive previously worked for subway).
