I made a mobile order, walked in, was not acknowledge or asked how we could be helped. Saw a stand for mobile orders that was empty so I sat down next to it, presumably waiting for them to check in on us or put the food in the online orders stand. Servers were sitting on their phones and still never checked to see why I might just be sitting in their restaurant. After 10 minutes I finally walked up to see what was up.
