I felt very pressured to leave by the blonde Employee… she didnt greet us and I had to repeat myself 3x that I’d like my sandwich toasted.. even her coworker told her the 3rd time “toasted”. She didn’t ask if it was for here or to go and just put our things in a bag. While I waited for the second sandwich she just stood there on her phone and didn’t hand me the receipt for a good minute. What has happened to Subway?! Stingy on the toppings, bread isn't as good as it use to be and the atmosphere just feels bad! Employees never seem happy and act like it's a burden to do their job!
One star is being generous! Received a bunch of coupons in the mail, and saw one for Subway, 2 footlongs for $13.99. After a Dr appointment, decided to stop in and get my mom and I lunch. The girl at the counter asked what we wanted, and my mom told her about the coupon, and wanted one of them to be a BMT. The girl responded “you can’t get a BMT with the coupon, you have to choose from the list”. The list of subs were either subs we don’t eat, or subs that would have been cheaper without the coupon!!
