Went in to order a veggie patty sandwich for my boyfriend and the cashier questioned if I was sure I really wanted that and then gave me side eye for saying yes. They finished making my sandwich then made me wait while they made the 6 sandwiches for the couple behind me instead of just ringing me up and letting me get on with my day. What right do they have to question what sandwich I want and then proceed to make me wait when it’s ready and they could just check me out and then help out the next guest.
To the Manager,you are very rude and just down right embarrassing..Get over yourself geez..Makes me not ever want to step foot in this restaurant again
The girl with the glasses and curly hair (so sorry i don’t know her name) is just the best!!! Always cares about the customers and makes conversation. very sweet lady! Always has my sandwich made before I even walk in. Great place with great people!!
I’m not usually one to make reviews but the food was great, the two girls always in there on Sunday nights never fail to make a good sandwich! It was clear one of the girls was in distress, but still was so sweet and very attentive, love that little black haired girl! And same with the other girl who made me feel very welcomed. Will come back here. way better than the one on Madison.
