Employees didn't want to be here but so much. Mustard and got upset when I asked her to take some off
I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Subway on S. Woodruff Ave. was frustrating from beginning to end. I pulled up and was barely greeted. I was still very polite and made an effort to ask the employee how her day was. She took my order without asking for my Subway Rewards number. I noticed and asked if she could add it so I could receive my points. I was simply told that the order had already been put through, with no attempt to offer a solution for receiving the points. I stopped by here today with my husband, the lady in the drive thru was soooo rude! I was honestly surprised at the level of rudeness. Based upon our experience, we left without ordering. This type of service makes companies lose customers. I don't know if workers need additional training or what. Something definitely needs to change! If I could leave negative stars, it would be -8 at the very least if not more!
