Kid working here in the morning has got one heck of an attitude.... Doesn't say a word to customer, just looks up and turns to do anything other than starting a sandwich. Then I kinda throw my hands up, exasperated, and he makes eye contact, mockingly throws his hands up and turns away. Rude.... I just walked over and got a bag of donuts. Not worth that much attitude for a subpar sandwich
Very disappointing customer service. Kayla was okay and I had no issue with her. Tot, however, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She had a sarcastic, smart attitude and even made fun of my accent while I was ordering. That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable customer service. Management definitely needs to address Tot’s behavior. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of how they speak.

Bottom line: I would not eat here again. I walked up to the counter and the lady just looked at me. I greeted her, said "hi, are y'all open?" She responded with "yeah, gimme a minute". She went into the back and came out shortly after. It didn't get any better from there. I asked for a footlong club on wheat. The wheat leaves were obviously underproofed, I'd say 2/3 or less the size they should be. I asked for double meat and she just looked disgusted and sighed. Worst subway ever... I come here the same time every week at the same time and it's like that don't come out to service the customer......PLEASE HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT WANT TO DO THE JOB....stood in line for 30 minutes and nobody came to assist the 5 people that was in line
