I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches on the app today. 02/04/25. When I got home we opened up our sandwiches and each one was stale. The filling was lacking to. Order a Boss and you'd expect to a reasonable amount of meat... maybe it's just me. However there's no excuse for stale bread. I mean really stale! Will never use this subway again.
They fired the best worker they had at the subway in the walmart of Athens,TX... His name is Bobby LaGree and was fired for letting customs prepay for thier food so they could do thier shopping and pick it afterward. I wont be going back
I placed a mobile order and then when its time to be ready the lady refused to make it and told me to get at back of line
Lady that made my sandwich was so sweet and patient. My sandwich was extremely good!
Every time I visit, I end up waiting around 10 minutes for someone to arrive. They're often outside smoking, causing a backlog of customers. Just today, when I went in, there was no one available. Both I and a family of three ended up leaving. If they staggered their breaks and ensured there was always someone inside, they might not lose so much business.
