First off, the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly, but everytime I order online, my order is not what I asked for. Please teach the employees what "extra" is. It's so disappointing to get my food that ordered extra lettuce on and just get two tiny pieces. I hate that in order to get my sandwich made properly, I have to stand right there and watch. It never used to be this way.
This Subway is super clean, and has very fresh products.
So i have to talk about this location. Nicest subway in Rockford. Super clean, nice people running it (I thought), good food. But today is my last time going. Two weeks ago, I went in and paid a lot for a 6 inch and a drink. I knew on Wednesdays Subway has a deal for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki 6 inch, but they charged me double. The subs were really good and the bread was soft. I submitted an online order and double checked my order and they had forgotten chips. No biggie as they happily corrected it. 4 stars for the atmosphere as they require a key for the bathrooms with large signs stating "Customers Only." The womens bathroom had two stalls, but one wasn't accessible. Owning a restaurant chain should require you to have easily accessible bathrooms.
