For my philly cheese steak sandwich I didn't get enough meat through or just bits at the end, one two tomatoes instead of three less ingredients then asked. This is why I prefer Subway on Rt. 120.
The worst subway in Mchenry county . They put as little meat on your sandwich. I taste more bread than meat . There is no Ac just warm air hitting you. It’s like an oven in there. I asked for a side of giardiniera and she tried charging me $1 each. They are so stingy . Then we just happened to be there on a day where some of their family was sitting in the lobby and i grabbed my bag of chips that i ordered from the mobile app only for their family member to ask them if i already paid for my chips too . The worst Subway in the world if the husband makes your sandwich. Second worst Subway in the world if the wife does. Never have I been in a business with such obvious disdain for their customers.
Very unprofessional employees. They charge you $5 for extra meat. No manners how to talk to customers. I recommend to not visit in this location.
Pathetic. Terrible. Avoid.
