I did an online order, and asked for “extra” of my lettuce, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers… they did not give extra, and also they did not even fill the sandwich with tuna that I ordered. There was less tuna than lettuce, my sandwich felt so light , there was barely anything on it. I will never order from here again. I rather go to the hospital or the one on carriage house. The food was pretty good however the service could have been a little better. It was kinda like we were an inconvenience a d bothering her when we arrived to order. Then she got mad at me because she shorted me $5 with my change and got really mad when I ask for it and perked it out of the tip box thats to be divided between employees at end of each week. I understand she has some trouble seeing and im sympathetic to that but no excuse to have that kinda behavior towards customers.
Worst subway ive ever been to. Can't understand the people working cause they barley speak English, the lady dont even know how to make a sandwich. Be sure you tell her what you want in a very detailed description and pray she can understand at least half of what you just said. Speak slowly.
Horrible service (Very Rude) for no reason and I have yet to understand how a Footlong and a bag of chips is $16.44. No drink.
Everyone who works there is polite, but there is a person of color who works there in the mornings who is extremely rude, the woman needs to be barred from customer service businesses. Can only imagine what they must put up with.
