I have ordered from this subway several times. No matter what time of the day I order it is always great! Bread:fresh every time tuna:fresh with plenty on my sandwich toppings: exactly as I requested. This IS the best subway in Jackson and it’s the only one I will go to. And the little Indian couple who run it are the NICEST and most respectful people I have ever known. Thank you!
Every time I go to this subway they always know my order as soon as I walk in and they ask me how my day is going. They genuinely care about their customers.
Placed an online order, they gave my order to someone else. Before rebuilding they noticed the customer with my order hadn't left the parking lot yet, they ran outside grabbed the order from them and gave it to me. Standard FDA guidelines if someone else got it, it should be rebuilt. While an apology was stated after getting to my food the lack of meat and toppings on both just but it over. Lack of FDA guidelines, lack of proper portions, had to go to work so ill deal with it.
