As a decades-long Subway customer, I know how the sandwich should be put together most effectively-- ways that affect taste, handling, and neatness. When a sandwich maker slaps the meat and cheese in willy nilly (off-center, with no concern for spillage), we're off to a bad start. This was my experience today at the Payette location. As it was, some of the cheese melted outside the sandwich and stuck to the paper. It's looks like they haven't cleaned in years.
Ordered our usual 6 inch BLT and a footlong hot shot. Employees were friendly and fast. I was in and out on way in record time.
EDIT!!! I went back to this location and had a much better experience! This younger male took the time to make fresh tuna, make sure I got good veggies and everything was clean! He was very nice and I appreciate him taking the extra time! This location has gone down hill. All employees act as if they’re forced to be there and it’s a total inconvenience when you want to be a paying customer!! They are slow and have no reference of customer service…
