Best subway in Shelbyville!!!! I’ve consistently had a great experience at the Madison Subway location. The staff actually understands Subway’s core concept of customization and customer service. I ordered a Pocket Protein and needed a simple veggie substitution due to dietary restrictions (spinach instead of iceberg lettuce and add jalapeños), and it was handled without any issue. The guy working on November 17 around four 430 was very rude, very unprofessional, very mean. why? Because I wasn’t eating my sub right away, and I asked to have my sides in a cookie bag so my bread didn’t get soggy. I’ve never had this problem before with any other subway.
