They're so slow here. I had a mobile order, but they only care about in-store customers, so everyone got served before me, even though my order had been sitting there. 30 minutes after my order was placed, my sandwich still wasn't made. They make their sandwiches in slow-motion.

I walked in at 8:40 p.m. The door says it closes at 9:00 p.m. The woman behind the counter shakes her head at me, crosses her arm, and says, "We're closed." I politely inquired, "I just wanted to get a sandwich. It says on the door you're open until 9:00," to which she snapped her head back and really said, "Can't you see that we have to clean up? If you are going to close at 8:30, you should update your hours to reflect that. Not turn people away at the door because you are cleaning up!
