I’m in here almost every week and order the same exact thing on the app. I never do any changes, just press the + button and add to my order. (Picture below). Today I placed a pick up order and when I went inside to pick it up, I thought she gave me the wrong bag. The older lady who’s always in there gave me the bag and I told her the salad was missing. The main lady who works here makes up random rules that suit her need. Said you can't get extra meat, wouldn't serve protein bowls after a certain time, wouldn't serve the pretzel stick without butter, random things that clearly if you just bypassed her and ordered online they would make. I've come here 7-8x now and I don't know why I bother cing back.
I said I wanted salami, pepperoni & TURKEY...she repeated back ham, and I corrected that I wanted turkey. I still got ham. Very disappointed. This is why customers should still be able to see the meat station.
