Nastiest experience ever. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I asked for my two footlongs to be wrapped up separate like I ALWAYS DO at every single Subway location and have NEVER EVER been told anything, but today the guy whoever he was was like we don’t do that here in a rude tone and said because a six inch is more. As a subway customer, I tried over 100 locations in the Chicagoland area and around it. This might be the prettiest location ever. They literally barely stuff on the sandwich when requested. I had to ask for extra on everything.
Very disappointed with our experience at Subway today. My teenage daughter was polite, clearly explained what she wanted, and still received food that tasted old and looked bad. If the ingredients are no longer fresh, they should not be served to customers. Old food should be thrown away, not sold. Customers deserve fresh food and basic respect, especially when they are being kind and respectful themselves.
