I was here yesterday, very frustrated as I placed my order online, when I arrived in the store neither of the 2 employees acknowledged me for over 15 minutes while my order was sitting behind them completed.... then I later realized my sandwich was incorrectly made and missing ingredients I paid extra for... The sandwich I got was not all that. It seemed like it was not fresh, kinda old.
They picked the wrong one today to ignore at the counter. The restaurant was basically empty and only a small family was getting there subs. Seemed like there was only one person working as the beeping noises kept going off for an online order. Then about 5 mins later of still being ignored just so I can pick up my order (I work next door) someone comes from the back to stop the beeping noises just to STILL ignore me.
