I usually order from this Subway about once a week- no issues. I placed an order in the app today and when I arrived, they said they did not have an order. When I tried to show them the order on my phone as well as where my credit card was charged, they were not interested in looking at it. They told me I needed to call my bank. No attempt to solve the issue whatsoever. When I asked who the manager was, I found out it was who I was talking to and she implied she was the owner before finally admitting that she wasn't. Not all Subways are the same. This is a pretty good one. Different staff every time I come in though…
I literally found a dead lady bug in my bread.
I placed a phone order for pick up. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived and the staff in the store was awesome. My order was prepared correctly.
Customer service is horrible. Employees have terrible attitudes and act like it’s a problem if you order more than one thing.
