I literally found a dead lady bug in my bread.
I placed a phone order for pick up. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived and the staff in the store was awesome. My order was prepared correctly.
Customer service is horrible. Employees have terrible attitudes and act like it’s a problem if you order more than one thing.
I am no longer available there, due to I would not quit talking to my customers or CO workers about what my medication was having me feel like. I have not at any of my 31/2 years been unprofessional out of character yes talkative but still got my job done. or as they said acting crazy... I have only acted on some tasks as what higher management was doing or instructing. Most the people that work there are rude and sloppy. They don't listen to what you ask for either. Food is mediocre at best. Mold by drink machine corner has been there as long as I can remember.
