I literally found a dead lady bug in my bread.
I placed a phone order for pick up. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived and the staff in the store was awesome. My order was prepared correctly.
Customer service is horrible. Employees have terrible attitudes and act like it’s a problem if you order more than one thing.
I am no longer available there, due to I would not quit talking to my customers or CO workers about what my medication was having me feel like. I have not at any of my 31/2 years been unprofessional out of character yes talkative but still got my job done. or as they said acting crazy... I have only acted on some tasks as what higher management was doing or instructing. I never bad mouth that store always went extra mile to give each customer excellent customer service without feeling I wasn't listening and at a timely matte... read more
