Food had hair in it and got no response about the situation all it said was case closed
The staff is almost always very friendly and efficient. However, this location, nor do any other locations in Ashland, accept any coupons including the ones in the app. This information is not published anywhere other than on a small a printout posted in some locations. How these locations are able to opt out of nationally advertised coupons from the Subway app is beyond me but it is very frustrating and has definitely led to me purchasing less Subway.
I work near this location and frequent it for lunch. They are often pretty busy, but the wait is seldom long. And the staff is friendly and efficient. This location is always clean, as well. Recently, I placed a large catering order (6 sandwich platters and 2 cookie platters) for a business meeting. When I arrived, the order was ready and waiting.
