I was disappointed with my recent experience at the Subway in Bryans Road, Maryland. The sandwich artist was inattentive, did not follow my requests correctly, and came across as unprofessional and uninterested in providing good customer service. Customer service and attention to detail matter, especially when preparing orders. This is one of the reasons I choose to drive to Jersey Mike’s in La Plata, MD, where the staff is consistently attentive and takes pride in their service. I have visited this Subway many times and have always received wonderful service. Mhel and Donna are my absolute favorites. When I visit, I am met with professionalism, kindness, and good customer service. Even when the store is busy, the workers remain courteous and make every effort to serve patrons in a timely manner. Mhel, Donna, and the other employees at this Subway are excellent workers, and it keeps me coming back time and time again!
I had a very good experience with the staff here specially the manager, she’s so nice and very thoughtful towards the customers! It is also very clean on top of that.
