I haven't been to this subway in a long time at Walmart in Lehighton, the employee were very slow making 3 subs and the soda float machine was empty. The food wasn't as good, and a customer came in behind my husband and I he asked the employe if he could cute it old school not should what it maens the employe replaid: in a rude way no I don't want to cute myself, I always thought the customer was right, I guess NOT I had a half of my sub left to take home couldn't find the employee until I seen him in the kitchen on the cell... read more
Never has wheat bread and something is always broken. For the third time I’ve came they didn’t have any wheat bread and the toaster was broken. Drink fountain always spits out water. Poorly managed & never coming here again.
My parents & I stopped for dinner. . . . Two workers were not personable, their medium length hair stuck out of their hat and was unkempt. Store was not cleanly. They did not clean up at all after we sat down to eat, when we got up to leave there was still our sandwich papers ect on the white board. The soda machine area was also messy and a bit gross. I'm usually not one to complain but I have about 6-8 years under my belt of working for subway and this was probably the worst I've had a customer experience at.
Overpriced and didn’t even have bread to make sandwiches today.
Its sad to see what has happened to customer service and the quality of young people that are being produced by public schools and delinquent parrenting over the lat ten+ years. Subway is no different than any other fast food chain. Someday an entrepreneur will come along and take advantage of the poor performance of these chains and actually offer good food, at a good price with great customer service. You won't find it here.
