Came in 04/16/25 around 7:30 pm white guy with blonde hair and Mexican dude laughing yapping away. Did my online order came out wack. Paid for double meat it was just regular. It sucks because I usually tip here gave someone $20 one time. I will consider another subway now.
Terrible service. Man named Martin was sucking his teeth and being impatient. He was talking through a mask and was hard to understand. I was.talking clearly andnloudly and asked a question about an item i clearly said i wanted. Went at midnight

Standing in front of the counter, guy sees me, doesnt say anything, keeps working on what Im guessing are mobile orders. How about you prioritize customers actually in line, the prices are not worth this lousy of service.
Ordered on the app and the guy wouldn’t honor it because he didn’t have a print out receipt even though I kept showing my receipt and there was no way to contact subway for a refund or to do anything about it. Really bad customer service for help on the issue couldn’t figure out a way to resolve it and just lost everything I spent on the sandwich to nothing. Was so hungry too when I came in to pickup my meal :(
