My friends and I were done with Fright Fest at 1 in the morning and my friend/employee Erick helped us all and was very kind and helpful, definitely an amazing employee and there should be more like him, needs a raise, very thankful.

I asked for a bmt. The person working said a number 18(ultimate bmt). I said no, just a regular b.M.T so he started to put bacon. I said not a blt just a regular bmt. He said we don't have that So to prevent an argument I said just give me A spicy italian. He said it's the same And then made me a spicy italian When I got my receipt , he charged me for a number 23 hotshot italian. Which was the same price as the ultimate b.M.T. Clueless and Overcharged

RECONSIDER VISITING HERE. It’s unfortunate that the one subway open late has the worst possible customer service. The guy at the front named Martin always makes me reconsider showing up in the night because you already know you’re going to receive the worst service and it’s always from the same guy. Martin’s attitude is so bad it’s almost utterly disrespectful.
